moving the globe, so try zooming and then waiting a bit for the
overlay to load.

Version 3 has greatly expanded coverage (see below)
- Links to a large amount of imagery processed by Google / Digital Globe (shown in red). This is sliced into 2k x 2k chunks, without multiple levels of detail, so you have to zoom in a lot in order to see the imagery.
- Includes 10 images from Center
for Satellite Based Crisis Information (shown in yellow)
Things to know about dynamic overlays for Google Earth (or "View-based refresh"):
- If you have a network problem and the dynamic overlay fails to
reach the server for an update, future updates will be disabled. To
re-enable, find the dynamic overlay in the Places pane in Google
Earth. Right click on the dynamic overlay and select "Refresh".
- Sometimes an image will say "Loading..." but won't ever complete
loading. Try zooming out and then zooming back in. (This sometimes
happens when you move or zoom twice in rapid succession).
